These conditions apply to pets and not to service animals.

Pets Allowed:

• Dogs and cats weighing less than 20 kg.
• Price: A refundable deposit of $200,000, to be returned after an inspection following checkout.
• A maximum of 2 pets are allowed per room/accommodation.
• Pets may not be left alone in the cabins or the family house, not even during cleaning shifts.
• Guests must ensure their pet does not make noise or disturb other hotel guests.
• Pets must always be kept on a leash or in a carrier in common areas, as there are other dogs and cats on the premises that are part of the hotel.
• Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.
• Failure to comply with any of these conditions may result in the establishment requesting that the guest and their pet leave.
• Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their pets to the facilities; they must notify the establishment and cover the cost of repairs before departure.
